Grape varieties:

Blend of Cabernet sauvignon, Malbec, Tannat and Petit Verdot

Vinification:

Barrel ageing for 18 months.

Colour:

Deep, intense ruby

Nose:

Intense, with chocolate and floral (violet) notes.

Palate:

Smooth and deep. The aromatic palette is complex and rich, combining dried flowers, violets, roasted notes, cocoa and ripe cherries.

Pairings:

Ideal with Mediterranean dishes, vegetarian cuisine, red meat or a chocolate and red fruit dessert.

Serving temperature:

between 16 and 18°C.
