Le Liby Rouge

Grape varieties:

Blend of Grenache, Syrah, Tempranillo, Mourvèdre and Merlot.

Vinification:

Ageing for 15 months in barrel, demi-muids and casks.

Colour:

Intense cherry red with ruby reflections.

Nose:

Elegant and complex, with notes of red fruit, flowers and sweet spices.

Palate:

Supple and smooth with polished tannins. Good complexity, with aromas of fresh red fruit, flowers, cinnamon and subtle vanilla notes. The finish is long and mouth-watering.

Pairings:

Ideal with grilled meat, coq au vin, red wine sauces, blue-veined cheeses and Mediterranean dishes.
