Ecosystem
Château des Amoureuses is defined as a harmonious group of individuals, professions and know-how, but also of interactions, encounters, discoveries and places. These places are expressed sometimes through tastes and smells, sometimes through landscapes, and sometimes through sensations, feelings and emotions. These are living places: they are an experience in themselves.
Vat room
Entering this monumental cellar plunges visitors into a modern, technical world. Another experience. All the senses are awakened. The grandeur is breathtaking and the facilities inspire confidence: from this setting, only products of exceptional quality can emerge.
Cellar
A modern cellar with a contemporary architecture that never ceases to amaze and delight: black ceilings and raw concrete walls dotted with luminous stars. The barrels, made from oak from the celebrated Tronçais forest in the Allier region, are kept at a constant temperature and humidity to optimise ageing conditions. 300 new casks and demi-muids were added to the cellar in 2018, for ageing of 6 to 24 months
