Ageing for 16 month in amphoras and barrels

Colour:

Clear and bright with subtle pink reflections

Nose:

Elegant, floral and rich, supported by citrus and spicy notes.

Palate:

Full-bodied and generous, with aromas of boiled sweets, red fruit and raspberries, enhanced by a subtle touch of orange peel and white pepper. Persistent on the finish, with hints of citrus fruit and a lovely mineral freshness underlined by a saline waft.

Pairings:

Served chilled like a white wine, it goes perfectly with shellfish. Served at room temperature, it goes well with white meats such as poultry or spit-roast suckling pig.
